Sirs; I have been a slysoft/redfox user for 8 years or so.. It has worked great..
I have had no problems for a long time.
but my computer is dying, and I upgraded to Windows 10.
and now.. Clonedvdmobile is failing regularly...
just when you click on the dvd itself...or even if I run clonedvd to disk output
as soon as I select the input and click OK, I get a generic windows error message 'process has stopped working'
these dvds all work on mywindows 7 machine.

Are you having the problem with CloneDVD mobile version 1.9.5.0 found at below link?

If yes - See if trying the below helps

RIGHT click the Clonedvdmobile icon

Click on "Properties"

Click on "Compatibility"

Check the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for"

Select "Windows 7"

Click "Apply"

If compatibility mode does not work for you go back and UNCHECK the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and click "Apply"

Note: Clonedvdmobile works fine for me in Windows 10 "As is" (I do not need to run it in compatibility mode)

for whatever reason.... my computer needs the compatibility mode..
