Playback of mp4 rip of my Interstellar BD (USA Region 1) on Windows Phone 8.1 (HTC One M8) results in no audio other than a female voice describing every scene??
  • I have tried re-ripping BD, choosing only one audio track- all tracks tried.
  • I have tried choosing my exact phone model from mobile device menu as well as other Microsoft devices.
  • When I copy mp4 to phone in File Explorer (Windows 10 Pro), I am prompted to convert for proper playback- neither 'Yes' or 'No' choice results in correct playback.
  • Other BD rips to mp4 and plays fine on Windows Phone.
  • Trying "Remove Cinavia Watermark..." option, RedFox systray icon is purple...
I clicked [Default], attached log file. As I continue to troubleshoot and edit post, this thread may belong somewhere else. My apologies in advance.
