The CloneBD software finishes and states that the movie was copied successfully but the move only plays about two minutes of the concert and it then freezes up. The portion where the band is being interviewed plays fine, just the concert will not play. I am attaching several attachments that I hope will help out with trying to figure out what might be wrong. I just installed two brand new lg wh16ns40 drives with updated firmware. Also, is there a universal firmware website where one can get updates for all kinds of drives? I am using verbatim discs. Thanks

You did everything but providing the logfile that's really needed. A CloneBD one. The disc is unprotected so the anydvd logfile doesn't matter. Even though CloneBD states "copy succesful", on that screen hold down the ALT button and click the one that sais create logfile. Then attach it here. As to the firmware, yes http://www.firmwarehq.com but your WH16NS40 is already running the latest (1.02-A, dd june 10, 2014), as to the pioneer drive unknown since you did not provide an image for that drive. You'll have to check yourself. The latest is 1.21 http://www.firmwarehq.com/Pioneer/BDR-XD05/files.html

Here is the zip file. Notice that the source disk is over 30gb and the burned disc is only a little over 3 gb. Thanks

I can't. I'm not a developer. It's up to them now. However if you want to get notified of any possible problem/solution your best option would be to also send the logfiles to bugs@elby.ch. Explain what the problem is and perhaps point them to this topic. A bug report will then be created
