Hello, I have problems with reading the Disney movie "Dumbo". I am using any DVDHD v 7.6.9.5. I hope you can help me.

Set your drive's region code. See link in signature on how to do so.

If that doesn't work/help, then you might need to update to AnyDVD HD 8.x.x.x - although you would need a new license after the trial period for continued use.
