Please verify that - I really don't think so.

How did you playback the original disc and the backup?

00007.mpls:

514+512+517+503+501+520+515+506+504+511+508+502+519+510+507+505+509+518+513+516

00559.mpls:

514+512+503+517+501+506+520+515+504+508+502+511+519+510+509+513+507+518+505+516

For this discussion just focus on m2ts 503, 512, and 517. Now play them one by one in the order that mpls 7 has them with any software player that supports m2ts playback. Then try then in the order as per mpls 559. m2ts 503 simply cannot logically play after 512 and 517 so mpls 7 cannot be correct.

Note: There are also other differences in the order of the m2ts files that I'm just not going to delve into.

Looks like you've got a new disc variant. However first a rather important question needs to be answered. Is that a protected image? if you can, provide one from the original disc. If you can't the protected image log should work.

That is a protected image I don't have the disk now

No worries, should be fine, though the developers might ask for the logfile of the original disc at any time. Now it's in their hands

All fixed now, thanks.

I followed this YouTube video on how to get the correct Play list and it came up with 384 and it looks to be in the correct order without truly watching it just fast scanning through it. I also converted 559 as suggested here and it also looks good too. Can there be different valid playlists?

That video was first posted right here on these forums and is no longer 100% accurate with what powerdvd does called 'cached playlists'. Nothing new. Yes there can be multiple correct ones.

Well, they can't both be correct. Those two are in completely different order - since 559 was already confirmed as being correct, I'd say 384 is definitely not.
AnyDVD should be showing the correct playlist in your status window - if not, you have an unknown version of the disc.
