Ok folks, forgive me for the stupid question I am about to ask :D.

I am sure someone has asked this question before and it has been answered many times but I went through the forums and couldnt find a thread about it so maybe someone can point me in the right direction?

I wanted to know whether I can rip a HD-DVD or Blu-Ray and burn it onto a regular 4.7GB single layer DVD or Dual Layer DVD?

Thanx in advance!

Anybody home? Even a nudge in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

Your answer is "NO". HD material is much larger then normal DVD VOB files and therefore needs 25gb or larger discs for storage. :agree:
