Secondary audio gives error "pipe:: Unknown format"

I am using CloneDVDMobile 1.6.1.0 to to encode the Italian version of "The Bionic Woman" DVD, but I want to use the English audio (which is the secondary audio) and I always get the error "pipe:: Unknown format". I don't get errors if I encode with the Italian audio (the primary audio).
Can anyone help?
I've read about other people with the same problem on this forum.
Is there a fix coming?

Thank you Mile. I posted my comment on that thread. Things are working now after installing the beta+patch.
