If you have problems with ANYSTREAM, be sure to include the log file with your post...
The developers can not help you if you just say "it's not working,not downloading this, getting this and that error"
if the video did not create any logs with your problems, check the top left corner..... FILE --->>>> CREATE LOG FILE ...
add that as an attachment with your problems.Interact
