Problem backing up The Jungle Book

I'm using most recent version of anydvd and clone dvd but cannot backup The Jungle Book. Anyone else had this problem and what was the solution?
 
What errors do you get? Which program versions are you using?
 
You probably have a bad disk or drive.
No problem here using 6.7.0 and DvdShrink

Hmm, you're using 6.7.0.0 - can you test and confirm that it works with the current version as well?
