I recently installed version 6.3.1.5 and now it continues to show as disabled for the drive that I've been using for over a year now. I did the searches and found referenced to ignoring this message, however even when I put a DVD in, it doesn't get recognized. I'm using anyDVD in conjunction with CloneDVD2 and have never had any issues in the past. Can anyone help?

I followed the directions and am still encountering the issue. Here's the dump of filter info that the directions indicate need to be provided. What's next?

According to what you just posted, Anydvd isn't even installed.

Install Anydvd 6.3.1.6 beta: click http://sandbox.slysoft.com/beta/SetupAnyDVD6316.exe

a) Keep your license key file backed up safely
b) Uninstall Anydvd (start-->all programs-->Slysoft--->Anydvd-->Uninstall)
c) Reboot
d) Download Anydvd http://sandbox.slysoft.com/beta/SetupAnyDVD6316.exe
e) Exit all Slysoft programs (including Anydvd, Clonedvd2, Clonecd, Clonecdtray, Clonedvdmobile, etc.). Check Windows Task Manager if you have to.
f) At this point disable your antivirus and firewall programs
g) Reinstall
h) Reboot
i) Install your license key (if required) http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=732
j) At this point enable your antivirus and firewall program

the .5 version was installed. I removed it, rebooted, loaded the .6 beta you provided, and rebooted again. Same issue, anyDVD shows as disabled. Here's another dump of the ImgBurn dump:

It still appears you don't have AnyDVD installed. Here's an example of what my system looks like. Note the bolded text.

If the filter isn't being installed then AnyDVD won't work. Do you have anything like SpyBot Search & Destroy installed with TeaTimer running? Maybe an AV or registry monitoring program is stopping the filter from being added.

Yeah, something on rustytrigger's system (firewall, antivirus, security software, etc.) is blocking Anydvd from installing properly.

Anydvd 6.3.1.7 should now be used: http://static.slysoft.com/SetupAnyDVD.exe

Clonedvd doesn't appear to be installed either for that matter.
