still unable

im using zone alarm and have firewall shut off now, but still not working, had no problem with 6312 or 6315, but i cant get anything from slysoft now, if i click download button it quicky changes to white screen saying this object is blocked, but im not sure what is blocking it. i also tried to save target as...., and that is giving me a message that internet explorer was unable to open site. it also says that site is unavailable or cannot be found. im stuck.
