Convert Xvid to DVD with Clonedvd

I know you can use clonedvd to convert dvd to xvid, but can it be used to convert xvid to dvd?

No it can't and CloneDVD2 can't convert to xvid either you might be thinking about clone dvd mobile and in order to convert that to DVD use nero vision.
