I am trying to burn the movie IDENTITY and it won't work. The full screen version comes out however when you click on the widescreen/unrated version even though the files are there no movie comes up and player hangs; any ideas?:bang:

You, in all likelyhood, only selected the full screen version to be backed up in Clonedvd. You probably didn't select the widescreen titlset in Clonedvd (and you should probably choose "preserve main menus" in Clonedvd if you haven't as well). Check the preview window in Clonedvd to see whether you're actually choosing to select the widescreen version.
