Many, many changes from the previous beta.
The AI scanner was enhanced and the most important change is the hooking of the IDvdInfo2::GetDiscID interface. Now you'll see the correct disc and chapter names in Windows MCE 2005 if AnyDVD is running!
Please test this feature, thank you!

6.3.1.0 2008 01 20
- New: Added "Create Logfile" menu, removed "enable logging" from settings
- New: Autoplay is no longer triggered, if settings are changed or AnyDVD is
disabled / enabled.
- New (DVD): Added hooking of the IDvdInfo2::GetDiscID interface. All 32-bit
applications which use DiscIDs will retrieve the correct DiscID, even if
AnyDVD is running (e.g., Windows MCE 2005, Windows Media Player, Invelos
DVD Profiler, MyMovies, etc.)
Note: This feature might not work correctly with X-Protect or other heavily
corrupted discs. Blame the manufacturer of the disc....
This feature is currently only supported for 32-bit applications.
- New (DVD): AI Scanner has now different settings, "Disabled", Automatic" or
"Enabled"
- New (DVD): Added support for new protection, e.g., "Mr. Woodcock", R1, US
- New (DVD): Added support for new copy protection, e.g. "Paheli", R2,
Germany
- New (DVD): Added support for new copy protection, e.g. "Whisper", R2,
Germany
- New (DVD): Added support for new copy protection found on some adult
titles to the AnyDVD ripper
- New (DVD): Improved performance of the AI scanner.
- Fix (DVD): Problems with "Shoot 'Em Up", R1, US
- Fix (DVD): AnyDVD ripper removed parts of the Audio Test of
"Ratatouille", R1, US.
- Fix (DVD): AI Scanner missed one chapter of the full frame version on
"Fun with Dick and Jane (2005)", R1, US
- Fix (DVD): IFOTitles 2 error with some Macrovision RipGuard protected
titles, e.g. "Funny Factory with Mickey - Volume 1", R1, US
- Some minor fixes and improvements
- Updated languages

Thx

Nice work, but still no support for Astronaut Farmer (R2, Czech) :-(? I know those core x2 protected dics or how is this "clone protection" called are pretty bad, but...

did this fix the 3:10 to yuma blu-ray issue with not accessing the menus to play the movie?

I have ordered the discs in Czechoslovakia, but it takes a while until they arrive... I'll check as soon as I get them.

Except Cyberlink says a patch to fix it was due out last week, so, there is AT LEAST a PowerDVD "issue". The others will also need updates I'm sure. Blu-ray rocks...sigh.

Um I did not use Power Dvd, i used nero showtime.

Then you may wish to contact Nero support on this one. I don't think it's an AnyDVD problem. Can you play it in Showtime without AnyDVD? Does it work?

Oh, ok, thanks for info. I could have sent them to you :D

Btw - We are not Czechoslovakia since 1993. Were the Czech Republic now ;). Slovakia is another country.

Xmen 3 Region (B) UK

Summary for drive I: (AnyDVD 6.3.1.0)
PIONEER BD-ROMBDC-202 1.01 07/05/15PIONEER
Drive (Hardware) Region: 0 (not set!)

Media is a Blu-Ray disc.
Total size: 12219392 sectors (23866 MBytes)
Video Blu-Ray label: XMEN3_F1
Media is AACS protected!
Removed AACS copy protection!
Blu-ray disc appears to be locked to Region A & C!
Blu-Ray disc adjusted to Region A!

------------------------------------

Is there anyway you can fix this, under blueray automatic this disk gets automaticly set for region A and it wont play with power dvd unless its region B so i have to keep changeing from automatic to B as default for it to play...

just wondering why automatic is setting it to the wrong region
is there a fix ?

cheers.

No, AnyDVD doesn't always guess the right region. On some discs you must set it manually.
