Does any DVD and Clone DVD work on the new Microsoft Vista system, or do I need to add or do something.

I run Vista 64 bit and they work quite well no problems at all.
 
All SlySoft software runs without problem on Vista X32 and Vista X64 systems.

Not all if you have the 64 bit vista installed you can't use Game Jackal nor Virtual Clone Drive currently but all slysoft software works on the 32 bit Vista.
