doesn't recognize certain movies

Can anyone help me with this problem. It seem that my dvd rom, anydvd, and 1clickdvd won't recogize all of my movies. Just an example, yesterday I rented undead or alive, a perfect day and bourne ultimatum. My dvd recognized the first two, but didn't recognize bourn ultimatum. It kept telling me ....no media present. Even my computer installed program PowerDVD DX didn't recognize it. Has anyone else ever had this happen and how do I correct it?..............Thanks in advance..........papaskynski
