1) It's not the same issue at all.

2) Do not post in other threads that have nothing to do with your problem

3) Select "dvd-5" near the quality bar in Clonedvd2.

4)click http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=476 and follow the guide step by step

Problem With Burner Help??

Ever since the 21 day free trial the anydvd program won't work as well as it did before (I did pay for it). What it used to do was create an image of a dvd and then pop out the dvd, then i would put in the blank DVD-R and it would copy it. But since the 21 days expired it will create the dvd on a temp folder, then it would try to create the dvd on the original dvd. It doesn't pop out the dvd anymore and keeps saying that the source file is too big and won't let me use it the way it used to.

Can someone please help me with my problem

i am using dvd 5.

Not sure if it got registered right?? would that have anything to do with it? the key show up on my computer.

You need to select the appropriate burner on the output page of Clonedvd.

problem with burner help ??

 :clap:wow it worked again!!!!!!! thanks for all the help I & about 3 others were ready to punt!!! I had the out put set wrong & the speed set at max,now set to 8x.

one last question: if I wanted to copy a few movies but write them at a later time, how would I set my output & where would I retrieve them from when I need them? I assume once i did retrieve them I would just "write" them?

On the output page, select "dvd files" (and save them to your hard drive). When you want to burn use that dvd file location as the source.
