problems with any dvd and clone dvd

I'm having problems with any dvd and clone dvd. CloneDvd information said the disc had been sucessfuly, but you can't watch the movie. The dvd looks like was copied but nothing is inside. Idon't know what's the problem is.

Can you watch the backup on your computer?
