I removed ArcSoft because I read in this forum that it can mess up CloneDVD. Can anyone tell me how to remove the ArcSoft filter-in English as I am not that adept on computer jargon, Thanks in advance.

a) Download imgburn. It's a free program: http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
(it's also an excellent program imo)

b) Go to Tools > Filter Driver Load Order. Check to ensure afc no longer appears.

If you can't figure out how to remove this filter, do this:

i) Create a backup of your registry
ii) Download imgburn. It's a free program: http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
(it's also an excellent program imo)
iii) Go to Tools > Filter Driver Load Order. Select "afc". Click "Remove Selected Filter". Click "ok".
iv) Reboot

If you would like me to look over all your filters, do this:
a) Download imgburn. It's a free program: http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
(it's also an excellent program imo)

b) Go to Tools > Filter Driver Load Order. Click "Clipboard". Then paste the information you pasted into your clipboard into your next post (ctrl-v).

Thanks Webslinger, I'll try CloneDVD and see If this solves my problem. Thanks again.
