Copy Navigation Disk

I just purchased the PIONEER AVIC-D3 HEAD UNIT. I used CloneCD to copy the Navigation disk to Sony DVD+R DL disk. hwoever, when i put them into the "Pioneer" I get a read error. Can anyone help!
