Can you try this:

open regedit.exe
Navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RedFox\AnyStream\Media\Disney
And there, delete the key "Cache", maybe also "credcache".

Then start AnyStream - you will be required to login to Disney from scratch.

issue has been resolved, looks like the profile within anystream wasnt set to the correct one!
