You don't need to rip to folder with AnyDVD. You can use Windows Explorer, if you like.
Does rip to image work?

I will try copying the files over using Windows Explorer. I assumed if I did this, I would be by-passing Anydvd's de-cryption and end up with unusable video files.

Rip to image displays the same error message box "Drive F: is not ready!"

AnyDVD doesn't see this disc as a Video Blu-ray for some reason. Can you create an iso image with CloneCD? Or ImgBurn?

Yes, ImgBurn processes the Blu-ray creating a 22 GB ISO. Also, Windows explorer copied all 98 files and 17 folders.

Now the question. Is this a protected iso now, or a decrypted one. If protected, can you mount it with Virtual Clone Drive and can AnyDVD then process it?

Unprotected. The disc has no AACS.

Thank you. To my surprise, I cannot reproduce any problem. Does AnyDVD work correctly, if you mount the iso with Virtual CloneDrive? It does here...

No. I can mount the iso via the Virtual Clone Drive (5.5.2.0). Windows File Explorer can browse the iso with out error, but Anydvd rippers report the virtual drive (H) is not ready error, when trying to rip with either ripping options.

Since it worked on your end, I did a bit of investigation. This seems weird, but it appears as if Admin privileges are needed when ripping a blu-ray?

Drives
F: = Blu
G: = DVD Read only
H: = Virtual

Ripping standard DVD from F: and G: with non-admin permissions/profile = Success ripping start

Ripping Blu-ray from F: with non-admin permissions/profile = Drive not ready Error.
Ripping Blu-Ray from F: with admin permissions/profile = Success ripping start

Ripping Blu-ray (iso) from H: with non-admin permissions/profile = Drive not ready Error.

No, this shouldn't be needed. I am lost. Are you using a "normal" Windows 7, or is this a server OS?

The "Admin" user is a different user with different settings. This might be the cause of the problem. Try to click "default" and "ok" in settings. Does it work now?

In Program Settings three options are turned on.
Enable AnyDVD
Prevent player software from detecting Cinavia
Remove Cinavia watermark from CloneBD audio stream during copy

However; within Video Blu-ray

When running from the same user profile with standard rights and launching ANYDVD showed the Enable Blu-ray support turned off. Selecting "Run as Administrator" with the same user profile with standard rights and launching ANYDVD showed the Enable Blu-ray support as on. Logged into the Admin user profile had the Enable Blu-Ray support turned on.

I have now turned on Enable Blue-ray support for the standard rights user profile. Running as Administration is no longer necessary. Problem solved. Not sure how or why Enable Blu-ray support was turned off for the standard user profile.

Wow, I haven't thought about this. Kind of obvious... if Blu-ray support is turned off, AnyDVD won't support Blu-ray discs. Glad you have found it.

EDIT:
That's why I always suggest to hit the "default" settings button in case of weird problems.

ANYDVD showed the Enable Blu-ray support turned off.
If you disable Blu-ray support, AnyDVD will disable (grey-out) all Blu-ray options. Didn't this happen for you? Or didn't you notice?

Yes. Within the video Blu-ray menu the options were grey-out, but I rarely if ever go into that menu. Generally speaking when ripping, I usually just left click the Redfox icon and select the ripping process.

I feel like a bit of a knuckle head for missing the Enable Blu-ray check box, it didn't occur the setting may have changed. Thanks for your help. Mark it up it user error.

Where is the "default" settings button? The closest thing I see is Video DVD->Settings->AI Scanner->Automatic (Default).
