What's the best way to backup UHD?

I've been a long time fan of Anydvd. I'm pretty new to the options available for UHD.

Not having a 4k TV I've moved slow at UHD. I figured out a year ago that I need a UHD friendly drive and just before Oppo went belly up I got a UDP 203.

So what I do now is rip to ISO keeping protection and I use Makemkv to make a movie only keeping only the best audio stream.

Over the years I mostly used BDRB I find it to be all I need for movie only BD backups, besides Anydvd. Are there similar options for UHD?

Yup, CloneBD indeed. Allows you to remaster all kinds of different ways. I personally do MKV myself.

I tried it a year ago or so and didn't have much luck maybe I'll try it again if possible.
