Why is Anystream Downloading Hebrew and Arabic subtitles as VOBSUB and Not SRT ?

English subtitles is always downloading as SRT while Hebrew and Arabic always as VOBSUB
 
That's simply because the provider offers some as text and others as images.

then how the Chrome extension subadub can download hebrew and arabic as srt from Netflix ?
 
I suggest you have them buy AnyStream, compare, then let us know. ;-)
