Amazon - "Page processing resulted in error."

I've been using the product successfully for a couple of weeks but just purchased and, all of a sudden, I'm getting on every Amazon video page:

"Page processing resulted in error.
Click "Ok" to reload the page.

Contact support if the error persists."

Clicking "Ok" just causes the error to come back.

There is a "Downloadables" count at the top of the page but when I click the link, it opens up a blank window.

im sorry that was a dick move on my part.. i got on with the intention of looking and asking about it as i was looking i had someone call with a work question, so i wrote my question up right quick while doing that. i told the guy i had on the phone "i just posted a question on a forum without really looking, my luck says the next thread will be the exact same thing"
i will do better lol.
