I've been using the product successfully for a couple of weeks but just purchased and, all of a sudden, I'm getting on every Amazon video page:
"Page processing resulted in error.
Click "Ok" to reload the page.
Contact support if the error persists."
Clicking "Ok" just causes the error to come back.
There is a "Downloadables" count at the top of the page but when I click the link, it opens up a blank window.
