'Downloadabes' greyed out on certain season of a series (Amazon UK)

Hi, for some things the 'Downloadables' button is greyed out for some reason. On other series/seasons, it is greyed out at first but becomes green and clickable after a few seconds. What's going on here? I've restarted the program, restarted my PC, etc, etc.... very strange.

There is no log, as I cannot even begin downloading an episode (the option is completely greyed out and never becomes green).
