I would like to purchase a license, but I don’t have Bitcoin or Euros, and the credit card system seems to be pretty well hosed. Is it possible to send a USD money order for payment?
 
No. However your can still purchase with USD credit card. Your card issuer will just convert the euro price to USD and at worst add a small currency conversion fee. 1EUR is at this time around 1.25 USD.

That’s just it. When I go to the purchase page, all I see is Bitcoin, and a message saying credit cards are having problems. I tried using a VPN set for Belgium, and the credit card transaction almost went through, but crapped out with some strange codes. Here are what they read: Payment P4D-A2B for order OD4-TF9 over 109.00 EUR Reference #20286277 was rejected: -990: Error. What’s going on?
