4K HDR to 1080p ISO washed out

Hey, Im fighting with CloneBD for a lot of time. CloneBD supposedly tonemaps and correct the image, but all converted 4K files I did look terrible when converted to 1080p ISO. What am I missing?
The idea is to convert 4k hdr content to 1080p sdr bd iso.
