The real size of disc is 44 GB, but I just can find 13.7 KB documents after scanning. I couldn't rip the disc correctly. Please help.

What process did you use to copy the Blu-ray Disc? In other words, if you used AnyDVD HD to do so, did you use the Rip To Image routine or the routine to copy video files to disk? This will explain much.

Actually, I tried them all but no one can rip the disc successfully.
Rip To Image: The disc doesn't rolling during the rip. But the software shows that the reading speed can reach 120Mb/s. It's so weird.
Rip Video Disc To Hard Disc: The ripping just took 1 second. I got one 13.7 KB file.(n)

The Rip Video Disc To Hard Disk routine was designed and is intended for DVD discs specifically. The Rip To Image routine was designed and is intended for all other video disc formats. Did you try to rip to image after unticking the protected image tick box and ticking the sparse image tick box? These should make no difference, but I am simply troubleshooting all possible combinations.

I'm afraid that's incorrect. By that logic you can use the image ripper without problems on DVD's too. Which is also a video disc format. That's not the case. AnyDVD specifically gives a warning when you try to use the image ripper on a DVD.

The "Rip VIDEO DVD to hard disc" is the EXCLUSIVELY recommended method for use on DVD's (it can be used on BD's but not recommended)

Won't help. The logfile has read errors. Troubleshooting item 1 (from the thread i linked) applies here

No, that's not it.
This is a blulock disc and the read errors are probably protection-related.

We're looking into this - may take a while, sorry.

I'm sorry. This is my fault. The reason why it can't be ripped because the disc data has broken.

I tried another same disc with the version 8.4.9.0. It worked.

Could you just keep the early version as it is? Thanks.

Could you post a logfile from the working disc for reference? Thank you.
