I am trying to determine which file contains the movie only. One file is 1:49:00 and one is 1:49:18.
Thanks.

First, there's no such thing on a DVD as 1 file containing the "movie only". The DVD standard dictates a maximum filesize of 1GB per file, which is not enough for any movie. As to the runtime. They're both likely correct. I'd guess the difference would be in intro/outro credits but @James will have to confirm

Easy! Stick the DVD into a stand alone player and see what title is displayed when the movie starts. If you have one that is...

Chapter 1 is slightly different. Probably different title sequences...?

I'll try both and let you know. Thankss\

- side note: I noticed that Chapter 2 has 5 audio tracks where Chapter 1 has only 4 audio tracks.
