According to someone on the AnyDVD forum at CD Freaks there were no issues backing up The Condemned or We Are Marshall. I had assumed they meant a full disc backup but upon reading again I don't believe they ever stated if it was movie-only or full disc.

No problems with a full disc backup of Condemned.

That's true full back up on Condemned and We are Marshall with no problem.
