Cannot create ISO of blu ray of convoy

have tried to create copy of convoy multiple times even tried to convert to mkv but goes so slowly. have logs if anyone wants to look at it. have tried multiple discs with the same result

That's simply a bad disc.
The log shows multiple read errors and a huge load of corrupt data encounters.
