Been trying to resolve loss of AnyDVD HD Lifetime License using the Support\Contact Us facility on RedFox website for about 3 weeks. Have received no response to any of my requests. Anyone know why?

Have you checked your (web)mail spam folders? If nothing there, Maybe your ISP is silently dropping mails from redfox. This is a case for @Jill or @Ivan

Hi Mervyn,

Your mail provider is using an outdated (> 10 months) DNS entry of our mail server to check if our emails are really coming from RedFox mail server. Since this old mail server does not exist anymore, your mail server is refusing mails from RedFox.

However, I'll send you a PM with your license in a minute.

Thanks Ivan.

AnyDVD now installed and running. License key now saved to multiple locations, so shouldn't have this problem again.

BTW, how do I set about correcting the mail server problem?

Regards … Mervyn

You don't, your ISP/mail provider needs to fix their DNS server, that's outside your reach unless you run your own mail provider/server
