Keep getting the following on boot up

Error: Wrong BDPHash.bin version!

Uninstall AnyDVD and reinstall. Does it work now?
 
You'll find (in general) that a restart of the PC or an uninstall / reinstall of any offending app - or BOTH - will fix 90% of "strange behavior".
Note that in Windows 10 "Restart" gives you a more complete re-boot of the core kernel.
I've also found that a PC allowed to "sleep" can re-awaken with some "strangeness" depending on the configuration. A "Restart" cures that too.
With most PC's using an SSD at least for the boot drive today - a restart is "quick business". It takes me about 20 seconds to do one - if that.

Doesn't matter, that error isn't tied to a windows version.
