I had a UHD friendly drive "ASUS BW-16D1HT 3.00"
I try to rip 4k UHD "Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt: Bandit Flower" but cannot successful

Hi,

The like says "Cannot process the request at this moment. Please try again later..." but the error that blaster1234 and I get is
"ERROR processing Blu-ray disc!"

Are they the same?

My disc is the 1939 Wizard of Oz, same issue.
