Drag to disc is packet writing software. Uninstall it. Packet writing software is terrible and known to cause conflicts with other programs, including Slysoft software. If you want drag and drop functionality, then use dvd-ram instead, which is more stable.

1. Uninstall Sonic Solutions' (or Roxio's) Drag to Disc packet writing program (just need to uninstall Drag to Disc). Reboot.

2. Check your filters again to ensure the three filter entries I quoted no longer appear.

OR

a) run imgburn
b)Go to "Tools"-->"Filter Drive Load Order"
c) Select "Cdralw2k" and "Cdr4_xp"; select "remove selected filter" for both. Then click "ok" and reboot.
Keep in mind whatever program(s) installed those filters will no longer function properly

Done...same issue. I have read almost every post on this error WriteDVD 10 11 W2. Anyone know of any issues with Zune software???

1) What blank media are you using? Specify a) brand name b)type (-R, +R, -RW, +RW, RAM, DL, etc.) c)media code, d) capacity/size, e) batch codes/serial codes (often found printed on the inner plastic hub of the blank disc), and f)country (factory information would be great as well, if possible) where the media was made (look on the physical packaging; do not rely on programs to accurately give you this information).

If you don't know how to obtain media codes, you may find the following programs useful:

http://dvd.identifier.cdfreaks.com and http://www.dvdinfopro.com/

2) This isn't an Anydvd issue as it doesn't burn. Are you using Clonedvd?

3) You rebooted after uninstalling/removing the filters, right?

I have the Zune software installed on my system and haven't experienced any issues with Anydvd or Clonedvd. HOWEVER, I removed the Zune entry from my startup registry as soon as I installed the Zune software (I didn't see the need to have Zune running in memory all the time). I think the only difference is the Zune software won't automatically pop up when you plug in your Zune. If I have my Zune software open, and plug in the device, everything works fine.

I don't know that this is the cause of your problem, but this is the setup that works for me. I never tried running Anydvd and the Zune software simultaneously.

Hope that helps!:)

UGH!!!

1) Use Verbatim +R DL (made in Singapore) only

2) Do step 8 from here: http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=321 (with the original disc). This may help people locate firmware updates for you, if they exist.

3) Visit your burner's website, and update your burner's firmware if possible.
If you don't know how to go about doing this, visit http://forum.slysoft.com/showpost.php?p=12794&postcount=10

That sounds like good advice to me. :agree:

Thanks. The firmware is up to date....I will assume it is the media. :)

You may want to try testing another burner as well. Some are better at handling double layer media than others. But, in general, Verbatim +R DL made in Singapore is the double layer media to use (if possible, I would get made in Singapore instead of Made in India).
