Disc is 4K UHD. I've tried with 8.3.9.0 and 8.3.9.3 beta. I'm seeing one of the main errors that was stated in this thread. "Cannot process request at this moment, please try again later!
ERROR processing Blu-ray disc!"

No you're not getting the same error. OP's error was this

Beta versions do not initiate support, primary support comes from the OPD regardless of the AnyDVD (beta) version

You have to wait for the next UHD update round. Probably next week.
