Backup works fine for the first 20 minutes, after which it starts jumping randomly to various parts of the movie. Issue happens with backups made with CloneBD (1.2.5.3) or when playing original on PowerDVD software .

That's pretty strange, that's a disc, that has been long fixed and is known to work.
The correct playlist is shown in AnyDVD's status window.
Can you confirm, that playing that playlist back in CloneBD results in correct playback sequence?
Then at least a movie-only copy with CloneBD should result in a working copy.

Thanks for the guidance Pete. AnyDVD does select the correct playlist which CloneBD picks up. When I complete a movie-only copy it seems to work fine (and who needs the fluff that are special features anyway).

Again, much appreciated.
