Cannot find the main movie when using the latest version 8.3.6.0

What software are you using for transcoding/burning? I had Zero Issues with this title.

Your disc and / or drive is dirty and / or defective.
 
I always use cloneDVD2 with any DVD. Have no issue with Five Feet Apart.

The disc is cleaned no issue when watch through DVD player.
 
Then it's borderline defective. Not the first time we see this. Exchange it

You are right about the defective DVD even without any scratch or been dirty. Got the replacement and have no issue to detect the main movie.

NO problem with this title here with AnyDVD ripper.
