Can Anydvd change a Region code of 2 to a code of 1? Also can it change PAL to NTSC?

AnyDVD will make a disc region free, but doesn't convert PAL to NTSC. If you are in the US, you would either need to convert it, or get a DVD player that will play a PAL DVD. There are some. Something like this one, upconverts to 1080p also.
