AnyDVD won't find my disc

I upgraded to the newest Beta and restarted a few times. I downgraded to the non-Beta version and restarted. Sometimes the drive shows up under the AnyDVD list, sometimes it doesn't. When it does show up, it won't show the disc that is in the external drive. I have tried two different discs. However, my computer will play them through VLC.

Does the drive have problems with other discs too or is it just that specific one? If the latter, then it's probably a dirty/defective disc. A basic info logfile like that is pretty useless for the problem you're having.

I've tried 3 different discs, washed one, still not working. this disc will play the movie on vlc player, same computer/external drive. I have used this drive in the past.

You need to create a logfile from an actual disc.
