I've tried to rip the 4K disc with AnyDVD v8.3.4.0 and v8.3.4.1 across five UHD friendly drives that have (combined) successfully processed 85 titles. On this particular disc, I get a message "Cannot process request at this moment, please try again later!". Pressing the Copy Disc button produces a message stating the drive is not ready.

This is what's in AnyDVD's status page:
