Hi! I'm a returning user - had the lifetime membership before it was discontinued and rebranded - I'm trying to purchase a new lifetime membership but am receiving errors when trying to get my payment processed.

Here is the contents of the email I received:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Payment transaction record with PaymentInside

Reference No: <snip>
BillNo: <snip>
Amount: TWD 3116.00
Transaction Status: 66 - Failed
Fail Reason: Failed

Regards,
PaymentInside Team

I also tried going to Bitcoin but the approval was such a pain in the ass that I came back here to try Visa again.

Please let me know how we can get this fixed so I can get to work backing up my movie collection.

Thank you

Post edited to remove sensitive info. That said, error 66 is a common error due to the Asian nature of the PSP. In most cases this can be solved by contacting your card issuing bank, the most common cause is they're blocking the transaction. In some cases the record doesn't show up.

Please contact your bank for info and have them unblock the transaction, or place a new attempt while you're on the phone with them and tell them there should be a transaction from Chinese origin incoming.

Thank you for (all of <snip snip>) that! I will do so

So ...

I just went to do exactly as instructed above, and before sending me to the proper queue to talk to someone, the machine gave me the balance on the card - slightly less than $20. I had put enough on the card with just a bit more to pay for this, so it seems the payment went through fine but all I got was the payment failure error.

I'm going to need some more help.

Thank you

In that case, make a some form of a copy of your statement of the balance before and after the purchase, proving the transaction went through and contact the support staff through the main website at https://www.redfox.bz/support.html and pick the category "Purchase problem". Specialised staff will then be able to assist you properly like @Jill. Only official redfox staff has access to transaction history, customer database etc to further help you out.

2 Visa cards failed. My bank will not intervene. So...goodbye Foxy....it's been nice knowing you for so many years. :(

Then find a new bank or file that support ticket. They're working on a new PSP, don't panic so quick.

I have tired several attempts myself and was told it was on my banks side. This is confirmation that someone else is having the exact same issue as I have been. Several attempts with different cards and banks. No go on all of them.

I have opened up a couple of support tickets and have been told that it is on my banks side. SO I am about to give up on this I think and find a different product.

I got today the same error message. But i also got the email with the license data too, so please check your email account.

Just call your bank and authorize the international payment ( have you checked your spam folders)

I had the same issue. Tried 3 times and got emails saying bank/CC had denied payment request. Each time called bank/CC and they had NO record of any denied payments. I use this same visa card all over the world when I travel without any problems. A competing company had no issues taking my money with the same card. Whoever the company is that is handling RedFox's CC transactions is doing them a great disservice and costing RedFox in lost sales.

That 'other' company is Chinese and using a Chinese first class payment provider. Redfox isn't a company because that among other things requires a CEO, place of office,... Redfox has none of that because that makes it that much harder to get shut down like slysoft. Unfortunately because of that redfox also can't get a first class payment provider
