Unable to backup "A Midsummer Night Dream"

Hi,
I'm trying to backup my copy of Warner Brothers' 2007 dvd without success: after anydvd finished running (for quite a long time), I ran Clonedvd 2 and after about 70% there was a reading error.
This repeated itself after cleaning the disc and using a portable cd drive.
Log file is attached.
Can anyone help?

Thank you, James, for your prompt reply, but as I wrote, I cleaned the cd, I tried copying to another cd drive, the movie plays smoothly on the cd driver as well as the LG dvd player.
What indications do you have that suggests the advice you gave?
