I know some Richard will start complaining... but is there a new beta for Life of the Party that I can't find?

Thanks in advance.

With nothing to go on but a title, how would a developer be able to make a beta for it? Maybe after you submit an AnyDVD log, they can determine whether a beta is needed.

Yeah. Deep apologies .. Having a bad day I guess… I’ve seen so many very harsh comments on the newbies and I’m no newbie (or maybe I am) I turned off the Advanced AI from always on and it works. Also I’ve previously bought a dvd that I was told was fake.. and got a ton of shit for that.

Anyway thank you. But..

If I can add to this thread now that I’m back on this forum … I have a very old problem I bought the Disney movie ‘Frozen’ from Amazon months ago and I have not been able to make a backup, trying every option that I know. As mentioned. I was hesitant to get on this forum..

I’ve attached the log. (Apparently its already zipped up as ziplog (renamed to zip so I could open))

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks
Michael

Very odd for a Disney flick to have no protection, which is why you get the "not original". Exit AnyDVD and try again. With no protection, AnyDVD does odd things, so turn it off and see what happens.

You bought a defective bootleg copy. Sorry. And please, don't rename the logfile before uploading. Thank you.

@ismykey nobody is accusing you of anything. We're simply going by the evidence provided by the logfile. As mmdavis said (and highlighted in red), there's zero chance a disney title (especially a blockbuster like that one) would come without any form of protection at all. Which means, that whoever sold it to you on amazon is in the business of selling bootlegs. Contact amazon/the seller and say that it's a bootleg. Pretty damn sure that Amazon will refund you, even if the seller refuses considering you received a bootleg copy.

And as james said, please dont rename logfiles. They prevent the staff from using specialised diagnostic tools to automatically process them and do an initial assessment.
