preventing AnyDVD from detecting cinavia

When using AnyDVD set to prevent detection of Cinavia does that allow the disc created to play on a stand alone player without being detected by Cinavia?
 
No, as the full setting is clearly labelled "Prevent cinavia detection by SOFTWARE PLAYER" (righclick for hint: PowerDVD, etc). A standalone player you hook up to a TV isn't a software player.

However, that IS what the setting below that one will do (remove cinavia during CloneBD audio copy, i think it is). But ONLY in combination with CloneBD and audio if you downscale audio, and at a cost to audio quality.
