Hey how can i find out which track on the BD the Dolby ATMOS track is?

Is it alway the DolbyTrue HD 7.1 one?
And will the ATMOS part automaticlly be copied if I select this Stream?
Or do I have to select other tracks like AC3 too?

Or do I have to backup the whole BD as an iso with AnyDvd?

Yes and yes, if you leave the audio stream untouched.
 
thx :) was just wondering why on the it bd release the german and english language streams were available as truehd 7.1 and dts both.

with untouched you mean demuxing is ok but not converting to e.g. ac3
