In Handbrake there is an option to encode a movie with "constant quality". The size then differ depending on how efficient the compression is for that particular movie. I like that. Does CloneBD have a similar option? If so, I may have missed it.

Not presently. Maybe in a future version (only for file output then, of course, not for full disc copies).
 
That would be a great option for MKV output, 1080p and 2160p.

Hope that Future is not far away. The Lack of this feature is the only Reason i havn't bought CloneBD till now.
