Still issues with Burns' Vietnam

I am unable to rip Disc 1 (have not tried others) of Vietnam War. It takes several minutes to scan, much longer than other dvd's, and after it settles down, using 'Rip Video Disk to Hard disk' results in an incomplete transfer. Only about 9 megs of Title 2 is transfered. I made a ziplog from using version 8.2.2.1.

I believe your disc and / or drive is dirty and / or defective.
