Provided the trailers are individual titlesets, just rip the the appropriate titleset with Clonedvd.

This would be from multiple DVD's. Is there any way to do this still with clone dvd, possibly putting the temporary files from each DVD I'm using the trailers for all in one folder?

Yes, just rip the titleset you want using Clonedvd, and specify the output folder.

Sorry for the multiple replies but when I finish one disc and go to save the files from another disc i get the following message :

"There are one or more DVD files existing at"

C/:("name of folder used to save files")

Do you want to overwrite these files.

I'm choosing DVD files for the output method.

when you've ripped the trailers from your first dvd, move the files (drag and drop them all) from within the temp folder (usually found at C:\CloneDVDTemp) to another (new) folder.make individually named folders for the trailers from each dvd though, otherwise if some of the other ripped dvd files have the same names you'll be asked if you want to overwrite them-which of course you dont.it might be a good idea to give the folders the same name as the dvd so you know which disc the trailer(s) came from.it is of course entirely up to you what you name the folders.
if you drag and drop from folders on the same hard drive, this will remove the files contained in the clonedvd temp folder.if you dont know how to drag and drop, highlight all the files in the clonedvd temp folder then select 'move' and browse for your newly named folder that you created with the dvd (or other) name.
hope that makes sense.

Well, I was able to save all the files in separate folders (one for each movie) than I put all the folders into one folder to burn. When I did that clone DVD couldn't find the directory path. I can't choose each folder individually and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong at this point.

Could someone possibly give me a quick break down on how to rip and burn individual scenes or trailers from multiple discs using Clone DVD? Thanks again.

You can rip them--but not burn them individually with Clonedvd since it doesn't have a join feature. Shrink or Nero Recode will do what you want.
